He听is the Margaret Elliot Tracy Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.听听His research and writing focuses on purpose, leadership, culture and change.

He is one of the leaders in the field of Positive Organizational Scholarship and a cofounder of the Center for Positive Organizations at the University of Michigan.

He is in the top 1% of professors cited in organizational behavior textbooks.

Robert has published 18 books.听听His book, Deep Change is a long-term best seller and has been used across the planet. His book, The Best Teacher in You won the Ben Franklin Award designating it the best book in education. His latest book is听The Positive Organization: Breaking Free of Conventional Cultures, Constraints and Beliefs.听His next book will be The Economics of Higher Purpose: Eight Counter Intuitive Steps for Creating a Purpose Driven Organization.

He is particularly known for his work on the competing values framework which has been used by thousands of organizations.听听His paper, Moments of Greatness: Entering the Fundamental State of Leadership, was selected by the Harvard Business Review as one of the ten Must Reads On Managing Yourself.

Robert has been recently selected as one of the 鈥�World鈥檚 Top 30 Organizational Culture Professionals for 2018.鈥�

He is the recipient of multiple teaching awards and as a speaker he adapts to the needs of the audience in real time.听听He has one of the highest rates of repeat invitations in the speaking industry.听听His recent talk on purpose听has been viewed by over 15 million people.

Est铆balitz Ortiz is the Executive Director of the 天美传媒 Coaching Unit, which provides executive and leadership coaching to global executives and managers participating in 天美传媒 educational programs around the world. She has a PhD from 天美传媒, and the topic of her doctoral dissertation was mentoring and coaching. She had previously earned a degree in Spanish language and literature from the University of Navarra. She is an ICF-certified coach and senior practitioner by EMCC.

Most of Ortiz鈥檚 professional career has been developed in multinational environments. She worked 10 years in human resources at Agilent Technologies Spain, where she dealt with organizational development, training and coaching for people managers of more than 20 nationalities.

Since 2008, she has collaborated as a lecturer in International HR Management at Pompeu Fabra University. Her areas of interest are in the field of executive coaching in business schools. She is the author of the book听La pr谩ctica del mentoring en la empresa听(EUNSA, 2003), and co-author and co-editor of the book听The 7 Moments of Coaching (REM, 2020).

She is certified in different training and assessment methods like The Leadership Circle and Crucial Conversations.

She is the Director of the 天美传媒 Leadership Coaching Program, and she teaches the elective course 鈥淐oaching for Peak Performance鈥� in the 2nd year of the MBA program.

Yih-Teen Lee is Full Professor in the Department of Managing People in Organizations and the Academic Director of the 天美传媒 Coaching Unit. He specializes in leadership, fit, and cultural bridging in his roles as educator, researcher, and consultant. His research work appears in leading scientific journals (e.g., Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, and Academy of Management Discoveries) and books such as The Handbook of Chinese Organizational Behavior, Leadership Development in a Global World, and The Routledge Companion to International Human Resource Management. He is also co-editor of the books Les comp茅tences culturelles and CulturalContexts of Human Resource Development. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Journal of Management, Journal of World Business, and Advances in Global Leadership. He is also the Director of the book series 鈥淒iversit茅 culturelle et dynamiques des organisations鈥� (Cultural Diversity and Organizational Dynamics), published by the Editor L鈥橦armattan, Paris. He has served as a member of the Teaching Committee of the International Management Division of the Academy of Management. At 天美传媒, Yih-Teen teaches subjects such as leadership, leading global collaboration, self-leadership, leading multicultural teams, and strategic human resource management in the MBA and executive programs.

Prof. Lee has been living and working in Europe for almost 20 years, and identifies himself as a multicultural individual. He is fluent in Chinese, English, French, and Spanish, and has delivered training programs and seminars to senior executives in all four languages. This exposure, alongside his unyielding passion for various cultures, drives him to embrace diversity and devote his energy to the search of deep-level cultural knowledge and cultural competences, with the goal of contributing to the ability of managers and organizations to navigate global cultures effectively. He sees such development as a transformational journey of each individual and emphasizes the importance of anchoring cultural competences in one鈥檚 cultural identities and sense of self.

Prof. Lee earned his PhD from HEC, University of Lausanne (Switzerland) and his Bachelor鈥檚 and Master鈥檚 degrees from National Taiwan University. Prior to 天美传媒, he taught at HEC University of Lausanne (Switzerland), Angers Graduate School of Business ESSCA (France), and the American Graduate School of International Management Thunderbird Europe (France), among others.

Prof. Javier Zamora
Javier Zamora is a professor of the Practice of Management of Operations, Information and Technology Department at 天美传媒. He received his Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and his M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universitat Polit猫cnica de Catalunya. He also holds a PDG from 天美传媒.
He is the academic director of the executive programs 鈥淓xecuting Digital Change: Data, Agility and Continuous Innovation鈥�, 鈥淭ransformaci贸n Digital: Programa de Alta Direcci贸n鈥�, 鈥淚A en la Empresa Impacto en el Negocio, la Organizaci贸n y las Personas鈥� and 鈥淣avigating IT Architecture: Building Blocks for a Data-Driven Organization鈥� at 天美传媒. His current areas of interest are focused on data-driven organizations and Artificial Intelligence and its impact on digital transformation.
Prof. Zamora鈥檚 teaching spans across all 天美传媒 programs, from MBA to Custom, and is focused on the digital transformation of organizations through the knowledge and application of new digital technologies with special emphasis on the redesign of processes and the challenge for senior executives to develop a digital mindset. In custom training and consulting, he has been involved in projects with leading organizations. He also regularly teaches at AESE (Portugal), IAE (Argentina), PAD (Peru) and ESE (Chile).
Prof. Zamora is a co-founder of Inqbarna, a company specializing in AI-driven mobile solutions that deliver highly personalized and adaptive user experiences. For eight years he was the General Manager of eNeo Labs, a company devoted to products and services for the digital home. His previous professional experience includes four years as Director of Product Development at Xbind in New York, a pioneering company in video transmission over data networks, and five years researching and implementing one of the first video-on-demand systems in the US at the Center for Telecommunications Research and the Image and Advanced Television Laboratory of Columbia University. He served in the International Standard Organization (ISO) as editor of the MPEG-4 video standard.

With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the areas of sales and underwriting, Barbara Agoba is currently the CHRO at Die Mobiliar Group, Switzerland’s largest cooperative insurer with over 6000 employees. She also serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Hotel Appenberg AG. Barbara Agoba holds a master鈥檚 degree in law. In addition to her training in insurance and leadership at the University of St. Gallen and Ashridge Business School, she completed the AMP at 天美传媒 last year. Barbara Agoba is a passionate and forward-driven leader who embraces change.

Eliana Garc铆a Alonso-Lamberti听is a credentialed executive coach with two decades of experience in corporate finance and investment management.

She holds an MBA from 天美传媒 and built her career in multinationals such as Telef贸nica, Deutsche Bank, and Moody鈥檚 Investor Services.

As Investment Director at one of Spain鈥檚 largest family offices, she spent over 12 years managing both a financial portfolio and a portfolio of operating companies.

Today, she sits on several boards in the retail and real estate sectors. Eliana brings strategic insight and听operational depth to her coaching, helping senior leaders navigate complexity and perform at their best under pressure.

Hannes Shariputra Chopra is a seasoned executive and thought leader with over two decades of experience in the financial services and insurance sectors. He currently serves as the CEO of RaSa Consulting UG, a private equity firm specializing in early-stage technological startups that are transforming the financial and insurance industries. 鈥�

Prior to his role at RaSa, Hannes held several key leadership positions within the Allianz Group, including CEO roles in Russia and as Regional Head for Eurasia. He also served on the boards of Allianz subsidiaries in countries such as Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Egypt, and South Africa.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Hannes is an Executive Coach and Associate at Bossert Associates in Munich, focusing on personal and leadership transformation. He is passionate about guiding executives and leaders toward self-realization and human-centric leadership.

Hannes also contributes to academia as a faculty member in the Fintech programme at Harbour Space University & European Leadership Institute.

Fluent in multiple languages鈥攊ncluding German, English, Spanish, French, Punjabi, and Hindi鈥擧annes has a deep appreciation for literature and both contemporary European and classical Indian music.

Tony Anagor is a leadership coach, facilitator, and entrepreneur with over 25years of experience. He specialises in emotionally intelligent negotiation and high-stakes communication, helping senior leaders and C-suite teams navigate complex conversations with clarity, empathy, and influence. At 天美传媒, Tony teaches communication skills on the EMBA and GEMBA programmes, serves as an Action Learning Facilitator, and coaches on the School of Founders programme. He is an author and also the host of the podcast Empathy at the Table, where he explores the human side of negotiation and transformative dialogue.

Dr. Esteve holds a PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona and completed the 天美传媒 Program for Management Development (PDD). He has led an extensive business career at ESTEVE, where he served as President from 2005 to 2012. He is currently the President of Esteve Teijin Healthcare and the President and Founder of the AdSalutem Institute for Healthy Sleep.

In addition to his business leadership, Dr. Esteve has played a key role in promoting science and innovation in Spain. He has served as President of the Catalan Foundation for Research and Innovation since 2011 and held the presidency of Farmaindustria, Spain鈥檚 national pharmaceutical industry association, on two occasions (2006鈥�2008 and 2014鈥�2016).

He was also Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Blood and Tissue Bank from 2003 to 2013 and of the Princess of Girona Foundation from 2009 to 2015.

Dr. Esteve has combined his business career with extensive experience in education and in promoting science, innovation, and entrepreneurship. In the academic field, he is member of the Royal Academy of Pharmacy of Catalonia, the Royal Academy of Medicine of Catalonia, and the Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Spanish State Research Agency and Chair of the Research Committee at the University of Barcelona.

Rolf is a globally active executive development leader. He has a corporate background and moved into executive development in 2006. Rolf works with executives and executive teams, and he is a coach in leadership development programs (such as through the Executive Coaching Unit at 天美传媒). He is a managing partner of S&P Executive Advisory Partners, a professional fellow of the Institute of Coaching (Harvard) and co-host of the IOC EMEA roundtable. He has also been an associate of the Center for Creative Leadership for 11 years. Rolf is one of six co-authors of “MYPRISM: override your autopilot, choose mindful leadership”, published by Ideas for Leaders in 2023; and the lead editor of “Reflections on the future of coaching in today鈥檚 world”, published by the IOC together with Ideas for Leaders in 2023, available as an e-book through the IOC website. His volunteer work includes the Chair role at Common Purpose Germany and the Vice-Chair role at the Foundation of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany.
