Arthur C. Brooks is Professor of the Practice of Public Leadership at Harvard Business School. Before joining the Harvard faculty in July of 2019, he served for ten years as president of the Washington, D.C.-based American Enterprise Institute (AEI), one of the world鈥檚 leading think tanks.

Brooks is the author of 11 books, including the national bestsellers 鈥淟ove Your Enemies鈥� (2019), 鈥淭he Conservative Heart鈥� (2015), and 鈥淭he Road to Freedom鈥� (2012). He has also published dozens of academic journal articles and the textbook 鈥淪ocial Entrepreneurship鈥� (2008). He is a columnist for The Atlantic, host of the podcast 鈥淭he Art of Happiness with Arthur Brooks,鈥� and subject of the 2019 documentary film 鈥淭he Pursuit,鈥� now available on Netflix. He gives more than 100 speeches per year around the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Adrian has a true global background in ICT having worked for over 24 years in numerous leadership positions at HP in Europe, USA and Asia where in his last position as head and GM of the Personal Systems Business Asia he successfully transformed and lead the business for over 6 years after having owned the integration of a significant acquisition.

Since a few years, Adrian is running his own Go-to-Market Consultancy practice out of Singapore, is actively engaged in a few boards and advisory roles of mainly European firms expanding to Asia as well as few Asia-based tech start-ups. In addition, he is active in Executive Coaching and has recently completed the Executive Master Program in Coaching, Consulting and Change Management at Insead.

Mireia is a Professor in the Managing People in Organizations Department at 天美传媒. Since 2019 she serves as the Director of the International Center for Work and Family. She is an Industrial Engineer by training, holds an MBA from 天美传媒, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Boston University.

She has widely published and researched on Work Family issues around the World. She鈥檚 published extensively in high impact journals such as Human Relations, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management Journal and Journal of Business Research among others. She has coedited five research books (one about to come out). She is the chair of the International Work Family Conference in Barcelona every two years, which brings together researchers from all over the World and in 2019 celebrated its 8^th听别诲颈迟颈辞苍.

Eghosa Oriaikhi Mabhena has about two decades of experience in the Energy Industry and is the recently appointed CEO for Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Global Aviation and Global Lubricants businesses for Puma Energy. Eghosa鈥檚 business remit spans across 15 countries, leading close to 3000 Puma Energy employees. She joined Puma Energy in July 2019 as the CEO of Africa and member of the Global Executive Committee before being promoted in 2020 to oversee the expanded portfolio across multiple continents and business segments. Eghosa is a TedEX speaker who is becoming recognised as an impactful Energy industry leader shaping the future landscape. Eghosa spoke with CNN about Innovation in the Energy space to drive access and affordability in Africa. Eghosa has recently been named in the top 100 most influential women in Africa, following shortly on her 2019 inclusion in the list of top 100聽Women CEO鈥檚 in Africa. Before joining Puma Energy, Eghosa was an Executive Director at Baker Hughes, a GE Company where she led business units across Europe, Africa, Russia Caspian, Middle East, and Asia Pacific leading 54 countries and over 3000 employees. She also spent 9 years at Schlumberger.

Eghosa holds a Global Executive MBA from 天美传媒 in Spain. Eghosa started her career in Engineering Design and Research & Development for the Oil/Gas industry. She completed her Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) in Houston, Texas, USA.

Eghosa has lived in Nigeria, England, Northern Ireland, USA and Malaysia, with extended time spent in Spain and Hong Kong. Eghosa now lives in South Africa. She has had extensive business travel and interactions across Africa, Europe, Asia Pacific and USA. 聽Outside of work, Eghosa is the Founder of AWEinEnergy – an organisation focused on getting more women to CEO and C-Suite positions within the sector. She previously held a board position on The Boardroom Africa 鈥� an organisation focused on getting women Board seats. She is extremely passionate about mentoring young leaders and women in CSTEM (Coding, Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). Her interests include Digital Business Transformations in the Oil/Gas industry, Sales and Corporate Commercial Strategy, Emerging Economies, Investment and Entrepreneurship of new business models and Renewable Technology.

Est铆balitz is the Executive Director of the 天美传媒 Coaching Unit that provides executive and leadership coaching to executives and managers from all over the world participating in 天美传媒 educational programs in Barcelona, Madrid, New York, Munich and Sao Paulo.

She has a PhD from 天美传媒 in Mentoring and Coaching. She had previously earned a degree in Spanish language and literature from the University of Navarra. She is an ICF-certified coach. Est铆balitz initiated her professional career 20 years ago. Most of her professional career developed in multinational environments: she worked 10 years as Human Resources Generalist for Agilent Technologies Spain, where she dealt with organizational development, training and coaching for people managers of more than 20 different nationalities. During this period she collaborated in the creation of the Commercial and Finance Shared Services Center for Europe, Middle East and South America. Later, she worked as trainer, associate researcher and consultant for the hospitality industry.

Since 2008 she is professor of People Management at the School of International Trade from Pompeu Fabra University. Currently she combines the teaching at the university 鈥搃n the Master of international Businesses- with her work at 天美传媒.

Her areas of interest are in the field of executive coaching in Business Schools. She is the author of the book 鈥淟a pr谩ctica del mentoring en la empresa鈥� (EUNSA, 2003), and 鈥淓xecutive Coaching鈥� (天美传媒 Publishing, 2015).

Alberto Ribera joined 天美传媒 in 2003 after a 15-year international career with the World Health Organisation, the European Commission and other multilateral organisations, in charge of projects in Africa, Southeast Asia and especially in the Middle East. From 1999 to 2003, he was General Director of the Euro Arab Management School.

At 天美传媒 he is the academic director of the 天美传媒 Coaching Unit and teaches the MBA course 鈥淧ersonality and Leadership鈥�, which received the 天美传媒 Award for Excellence. He also teaches the Global Executive MBA course 鈥淢anaging Oneself鈥�; and executive courses on self-leadership, relationships management and executive coaching. He is the author or co-author of 9 books and more than 30 case-studies.

He has been invited as visiting professor or guest speaker at universities and business schools of more than 20 different countries and at international conferences like the World Economic Forum. He has taught courses for Enel, Compagnia di San Paolo, Banco di Napoli, Telecom Italia, Saint Gobain, The Arab Contractors, Egypt Telecom, BBVA, Banco de Espa帽a, Enrst&Young, Hewlett Packard, PricewaterhouseCoopers and other firms.

He is a board member of the Istituto per la Cooperazione Universitaria (Rome), Harambee Foundation (Nairobi) and other not-for-profit institutions.

Marta joined Vodafone Spain in 2011 to lead a countrywide retail transformation project. Since then, Marta has held several strategy and sales operation roles within the Consumer Business Unit focussed on delivering a truly omni-channel experience. In 2017 she was appointed as Head of Digital Transformation in Spain, where she led the digital programme of work until she joined Group as HO Retail and Distribution in June 2018.

Prior to joining Vodafone, Marta has built her career in a wide variety of industries, from fashion (Global Retail Director in Pepe Jeans/ Hackett Group) to decoration franchises (Commercial Director in KA International), and Distribution (Operational Efficiency Director in Ahold Supermarkets). These positions have provided her with +15 years of experience having lead multiple business transformation projects in international retailers. Marta initiated her carrier as a consultant in McKinsey&Co, after earning her MBA from 天美传媒 and completing a Masters degree in Philosophy.

Guido Stein is Professor in the Department of Managing People in Organizations and Director of the Negotiation Unit. He is partner of Inicia Corporate (M&A and Corporate Finance).

Prof. Stein is a consultant to owners and management committees of companies. Member of The International Academy of Management and the International Advisory Board MCC (Budapest) and is a collaborator with聽People and Strategy Journal,听Corporate Ownership & Control,听Harvard Deusto Business Review,听European Business Review听补苍诲听贰虫辫补苍蝉颈贸苍.

Prof. Stein is author of the books聽Managing People and Organizations: Peter Drucker鈥檚 Legacy聽补苍诲听Now What? Leadership and Taking Charge聽and is co-author of聽Keys to Leadership Success. He is now working on the book聽Ambidextrous Negotiator聽with Kandarp Mehta. He is the author of more than 60 business cases and numerous technical notes. His current research focuses on undesirable turnover in top management, power and taking-charge processes, and negotiation as a management tool.

He has created the first MOOC (Massive Online Open Course) in the platform Coursera in Spanish on leading people, with more than 35,000 followers.
