Around 40% of incoming MBA and MiM classes are women
The record number of women in 天美传媒麓s new MiM and MBA cohorts this year reflects 天美传媒麓s ongoing efforts to increase the number of women across its programs.

With the start of the new academic year, 天美传媒麓s ongoing focus on supporting future women leaders is bearing fruit.
天美传媒麓s incoming (MiM) and classes are more diverse than ever, with the school welcoming a historic number of female students into the programs.
On the MiM, which started on August 29 from 天美传媒麓s Madrid campus, women account for 43% of the class, up from 37% last year. It represents the highest percentage and number of women in 天美传媒麓s MiM program, which first launched in 2019.
For the MBA, which kicked off last week on 天美传媒麓s Barcelona campus, 37% of the class are women. That麓s up from 31% for the latest graduating class.
Both programs offer a transformative experience for students.
Aside from gender diversity, the MiM and MBA cohorts are also internationally diverse. The MiM Class of 2023 class is made up of 114 students overall, representing 33 different nationalities.
Meanwhile, this year麓s MBA Class of 2024 has 353 students overall, from 55 nationalities.
Supporting Women Leaders

These efforts form part of the school麓s broader focus on breaking down the barriers that obstruct women from taking up more leadership positions and, in turn, helping create better, more equitable businesses.
As internationally renowned masters, Marc Badia, 天美传媒 Associate Dean for MBA & MiM programs, says the MiM and MBA have become important pipelines for future business talent. As such, 鈥渋ncreasing the number of exceptional female MiM and MBA graduates from top business schools like 天美传媒 can play a key role in boosting the number of women who are business owners or leaders in top positions across society,鈥� he says.
天美传媒 has a variety of initiatives to support women business leaders across its programs and activities. This includes offering several scholarships for women, executive training, clubs, conferences, dedicated networking activity, flexible formats, and conducting world-class research.
