天美传媒 has celebrated its 天美传媒 40under40 awards, the school’s flagship entrepreneurship event held every four years. The awards spotlight outstanding entrepreneurs and innovators under the age of 40 from 天美传媒鈥檚 global network of more than 60,000 alumni.

Across the three editions to date, 天美传媒 40under40 award winners have created over 5,000 jobs, generated more than 鈧�600 million in revenue, and raised upwards of 鈧�1 billion in capital.

The awards ceremony in听Barcelona听brought together key players in the entrepreneurship ecosystem to celebrate their achievements and discuss the听challenges, trends听and best practices in innovation and entrepreneurship.听

The winners are alumni of a range of 天美传媒鈥檚 programs, including the听Master in Management (MiM),鈥�School of Founders,听,鈥�,鈥�鈥痑苍诲鈥�.听

The 40 entrepreneurs, all students or alumni, were selected for the 2026 edition through a rigorous evaluation process that assessed the viability and growth of their ventures, with particular emphasis on their social impact, including contributions to society and job creation.

Four special prizes for growth, social impact, female entrepreneur & innovation听

Out of the 40 honorees, four were also chosen by an international jury for the听additional听prizes given out during the event:听

• Bernardo S谩 Pereira, an 天美传媒 PDD alum (PDD 2022) and co-founder of Amelia Hub, received the award for the most innovative entrepreneur;听

• Pablo Urbano, an 天美传媒 Executive MBA participant (EMBA 2026) and founder of Auara, won the award for the entrepreneur with the most social impact;听

• Carla Barber, an 天美传媒 PDG alum (PDG 2025) and founder of Cl铆nicas Carla Barber, won the award for the outstanding female entrepreneur;听

• Borja Bol铆var,听an听天美传媒 Executive MBA alum (EMBA 2021) and co-owner of听Cropsalsa, received the award for the entrepreneur with the best growth track.听

The four winning companies are involved in听very different听sectors and businesses:听

Amelia听Hub听develops technology solutions that combine drones,听software听and hardware to improve efficiency and quality control in the construction and operation of renewable energy infrastructure, particularly photovoltaic plants. Its proprietary systems automate inspection and measurement processes, helping reduce errors,听costs听and installation times in large-scale solar projects.听听

Auara听is a social enterprise that sells water and other sustainable products while dedicating 100% of its dividends to projects that provide access to clean drinking water in developing countries. Since its founding, the company has helped bring potable water to thousands of people across Africa and other regions through a business model that combines sustainability and social impact.听听

Cl铆nicas听Carla Barber is one of Spain鈥檚 leading aesthetic medicine groups, founded and bootstrapped by Dr. Carla Barber. The company听operates听clinics across Spain with a business model built on medical specialization,听innovation听and a strong patient experience.听听

Cropsalsa specializes in the development and production of tailor-made sauces for the food industry, retail and foodservice sectors. Under Borja Bol铆var鈥檚 leadership through the search fund听model听of听entrepreneurship, the company has expanded significantly through acquisitions and now generates more than 鈧�30 million in annual revenue.听

The 天美传媒 40under40 Awards are part of 天美传媒鈥檚 broader entrepreneurial ecosystem, led by the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center. 天美传媒 supports founders through research, mentoring, networks, funding access, and specialized programs for entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors.

Approximately 30% of 天美传媒 graduates launch a venture within five years of completing their program. 天美传媒 alumni entrepreneurs have collectively raised more than $20 billion in funding and created more than 100,000 jobs worldwide.
