On听March 5,听天美传媒 will present听the听天美传媒 Sports Management Center,听a new research center aimed at promoting leadership, professionalization and excellence in the global sports industry.听

The center, led by 天美传媒 professors Jan Simon and Albert Fern谩ndez-Terricabras, was born thanks to the support of prominent business and sports leaders. Among them,听Alan Pace, MBA from 天美传媒 1994听and current听president of RCD Espanyol, who supports the project as a donor in a personal capacity.听Entrepreneur and technologist听Antoni Mart铆n,听Executive MBA of 天美传媒听2011,听also supports the initiative as a donor.听

RCD Espanyol听de Barcelona听will join the project as a听strategic partner听within the framework of a collaboration aimed at the exchange of knowledge, strategic听reflection听and the promotion of good practices in sports management.听

The sports industry faces growing challenges in areas such as听 governance, financial sustainability, innovation, talent management and internationalization. The Sports Management Center aspires to consolidate itself as an international hub of reference in management training, applied research and collaboration with the sports industry. Its mission will be to accompany leaders and organizations in the management of the听 major strategic challenges of the sector, promote innovation and generate a positive impact on organizations, communities and society.听
