BIOGRAPHY
H眉ma Yi臒it Ko莽an holds a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Management and a Master鈥檚 degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University, where she studied on a full merit scholarship and received the Dean鈥檚 Award for Excellence in Academic Performance. During her master鈥檚 studies, she focused on how leadership and top management influence innovation in organizations in the context of digital transformation. She also gained experience as a graduate teaching assistant in organizational behavior.
Her current research aims to understand how leadership evolves in AI and digitally enabled workplaces, focusing on the new roles and capabilities that help managers navigate competing demands in evolving organizational landscapes.
